I’m unable to pay for my items on Taobao iPhone app ever since last week. Alipay keeps showing that the system is busy, please try again later.
I had sent in an email in Chinese to Taobao but have yet to receive any reply after 4 days.
Is there anything wrong with my Alipay account and how can I resolve the issue?

Hi Blur Girl, I dont think any of the TaoBao appointed forwarder support shipping sensitive items like portable chargers etc.
If you are in Singapore, there are several agents like Ezbuy.
One disadvantage is that you are buying the item individually, therefore you are unable to enjoy the perks of consolidated shipping (cheaper shipping rates) .
