Hello Eric,

So I have made my purchases, however I believe 2 of my items are grossly overweighed (2 shirts are 3.6kg and a skirt is 2.178kg). Is there a way to contact them to reweigh or have them adjust it.

I had a representative suggest I pay the fee now and then have Taobao refund me the difference, but I did not really understand how I would prove to them that it is incorrect or how to get them to refund me. Any help?
