I was hoping you could help me with my other issue. I just applied for a refund, because the time to confirm the receipt had 20h left. I have ordered over 12 items now, but none of them have arrived. Most sellers just don’t ship the item at all and the other two times that they did ship, they didn’t arrive. Am I doing something wrong? I read something on your blog about a second payment, I haven’t seen anything like that on taobao.
