Hi Eric , my parcel has been stuck in the custom for the past few days which systems shows “guo guan” and I assumed it reached malaysia, asked the shipper they told me parcel contains sensitive item and is to ship from hongkong to malaysia, so far couldnt track on skynet tracking system. May I know whats going on and how can i solve it? They told me the light i bought from taobao is sensitive item, but seller said he didnt put battery in it.
