I have made orders to Canada from taobao in the past and had chosen dhl to ship but recently I’ve only seen the air freight option for shipping and none others. Do you know if this is a temporary thing because of the virus or if this is a permanent change?

Hi Eric, I have chosen EMS/DHL and have paid for the shipment from the warehouse to Canada. I ordered about 200$ worth of clothing. How do I contact Zhongshan courier to declare a lower price on the package to avoid duties and surcharges? Was I wrong to choose this delivery service? Should I have chosen UPS?
