hi eric, i bought t shirt from taobao. last logistic status was on 25 april 2020 saying: The parcel is loaded in the container warehouse and it will be sent to the destination. i have the international waybill and also logistic company was stated as official shipping. I choose official air shipping when i bought this item so meaning i have to check at cainio for tracking the item from china to malaysia is it? but when i checked at cainio why i cannot trace it? for this case what should i do?

hi eric how can i check back what forwarder did i use? i think i use air shipping but when i checked at cainio tracking not found. but when i checked at Dex-i.. i did found i. was i accidentally choose sea shipping in this case? my international waybill number consist of 15 digit only.
