Hello Eric, I just created myself an account but it does not let me add anything to my card because it says “Your account is in transaction protection and your purchase has been restricted. It is recommended to go to the Mobile Taobao-Set-up-Account-Security-Account Medical Center for more information.” I am guessing this is due to them wanting to add my information especially the banking info and all but I do not have a Chinese bank info or address? How do I go around that issue? What is the “identity number” that Alipay asks? I am so confused, please help :/
