Thanks for your blog. I’ve found it very useful. I am having trouble logging into Taobao.com. I have registered but now when I tried to log in, I have the following message:
非常抱歉！您的账户存在严重违规情况，已作“冻结”账户处理。详细请参见这里
I am not sure why my account is being frozen? I have tried to find the info on how to resolve this issue but so far have found none. Can you please help? many thanks!
