I ordered something on TaoBao and noticed that even though the shipping has been updated to 待收货 To be Received, it seems that the orange button has been stuck on 处理转运 “Processing Transshipment” for about 3 days now.

When I click on 处理转运 Processing Transshipment it says: 当前转运状态：包裹正在发往转运仓库，待转运仓库签收后请及时支付转运费 Current transshipment state: parcel is being sent to transit warehouse, to be transferred after the warehouse receipt, please pay the transfer fee

Am I suppose to pay a transfer fee before the warehouse can accept this package? If so where? If not, am I suppose to keep waiting until the warehouse has accepted it before paying?
