Since I was in need of one for a costume and my friends in the same country as me (Canada) had gotten it shipped to them from taobao, and it says it arrived at the warehouse but it says “abnormal” and I don’t know what to do since there is no option for me to pay for shipping. It just asks me to contact the warehouse but I cannot speak Chinese. I’m just confused since my other friends have gotten it shipped to them from taobao. Thanks.
