Hi Eric, I have been shopping Taobao for 2 years now so I have a little experience..
I got a dress that was clearly too small and after I argued with the seller and showing pictures and proof he insisted I must send it back for refund. Sending back insured, will cost more than the cost of the dress. I explained the seller but he refused to budge, I filed for customer service to intervene, however he tricked me by saying I should change the reason from wrong size description to something else.. well that caused the order to appear as if I am returning it, gave me only 6 days which passed today and they have a holiday in China so no one to talk to. Nothing I can do to change or amend what can you suggest?
