My goods reached the warehouse on the 8th of Feb, but they haven’t been shipped out from warehouse to my home.
I’m pretty sure I paid the second fee for overseas shipping. How come it hasn’t been shipped out? Should I contact someone?

I have a question. Once I pay the freight forwarding fee, will it immediately ship? I still have around 15 days of free rent period in the warehouse, but I have 2 days to pay the freight forwarding fees. However, one of my parcels has still not arrived at the warehouse.
