Hi Eric. I did not use a forwarder. Instead, i went with the “recommended online taobao cargo” (海外转运-中通 i think it’s zhongtong transshipment) that charged shipping for the whole order which i paid at the same time with my items. Two out of four of the items were shipped out by the sellers and arrived at the warehouse. They were stored for 20 days before they shipped it out to me. I’ve received them.
Apparently the other two items were shipped out late by the sellers as they were confused about my address and messaged me via the app. I did not see the messages until a month later. By then, they had already shipped it out to the correct forwarder’s address. But till now I’ve got no idea where they are. Because I used the taobao cargo 海外转运-中通, I don’t have the contact where I can ask about my status with the waybill number. I have a feeling that they’ve forgotten about the remainder after delivering part of my order. It’s been a month. Who can I contact?
