My package’s status is “Arrived at Warehouse” but it says my package is abnormal and to “please contact Jiacheng collectors ( or 请速与佳成集货商联系)”
I dont understand whats wrong because the item is small. Also I do not know how to contact the ‘Jiacheng collectors’
