Hello! I paid for items on the 12th of January. Some items are taking super long and some have already been delivered to me in Singapore. I’m confused. I only paid for items on that day. I’m not sure if i paid for international shipping yet. I did pay 39 RMB for a shipping fee which i thought was domestic. Anyway, the item with the most delays is a wired fairy light. They haven’t shipped it out of the forwarder’s address.. Should I wait until RMB ends before contacting them? Where can I send them a reminder message?
