Hello, noticed a few people were getting an issue related to branded items not being able to ship out. My package has yet to arrive to the warehouse. Looks like it will be arriving at Jiacheng. Would it be a good idea to contact the warehouse to see if they can do anything to prevent getting that issue? How would I get into contact with them? Thank you!
