thanks for your website. I’ve successfully ordered a gift via Taobao for my girlfriend currently living in Beijing, is there still anything I need to check/do now? How long do you think the delivery will take (from Shenzen to Beijing)?

thanks for your quick answer, eric! actually, they already delivered today already. i ordered on sunday at 7pm chinese time and they tried to deliver on monday noon already while my girlfriend was at university. i then got to chat with an agent via aliwangwang to tell them when she will be home and thus when they can try to deliver again.

thought i’d share, because i was absolutely blown away by the service quality 🙂
