Hi ,my name is Eric. I ordered an item from tao bao on 3 dec for delivery to Malaysia. Last status i saw in the tracker was parcel at custom clearance on 5 Dec.. until today I still hv not receive the parcel.. How can I chck and how do i know which courier company they used?
