The shipping cost me about 53Yuan which i think quite high. I estimate about 20Yuan since i know the item weight not more then 1kg. The item actually only HGUC sazabi (bootleg)

I think ive been scammed.
I buy Gundam (bootleg) and i asked seller about the weight.. Its say 1.2kg.
But when item arrived at warehouse its say 2.4kg weight. How come?
Is there something i can do? or this weight is Fixed?
