Hi, I am sending my goods to New Zealand via 4PX Express but apparently the sending of the goods failed: “2016-12-05 15:08:00 包裹派件失败，请联系在线客服处理”. I tried contacting 4PX but it said “对不起，当前的时间段不在在线云客服的服务时间内，请使用海外转运-4px进行自助问答！” and also 小蜜 but it did not have an answer either :/

Also, all the items are considered general items (Just some miscellaneous clothing items like a hoodie) and no limits are exceeded.
