I’m from Canada and I’m buying on Taobao for 2 years now by going with an agent. I’m finding that fees are getting higher and higher and shipping is now expensive going with agent. I tried to register to taobao.com following your tutorial and it’s not asking for email. Only asked me to fill my phone number. I did it but never received code to my phone. How can I register to taobao.com to be able to by myself.

Hi Eric, I bought couples of items and they are sent to the warehouse.. I have two items that have this comment in the logistic.. [Cargo] Sorry, your package is not available due to reasons beyond normal transit storage, dashing contact with a good set of goods and Suppliers. It is because they can’t be ship overseas ? What do I have to do ? Or what I can do ?. One items the seller didn’t ship it to the warehouse yet… I have to wait the clock expire before asking a refund or a claim ?
