Sorry to bother you again mate, but i’m not sure if my comment on the forum actually went through. I recently paid the overseas shipping segment of my order (to Australia through 4px), the items being hoodies. I am confused though because the latest logistics info states that the items have cleared customs and now its just a flight delay. However its says my package is abnormal and to contact the forwarder? I spoke to the seller and he reckons it will still be sent but i want to double check. My waybill number is ET901521705SG. Thanks in advance legend.

Hi Eric. I just went to go look at the logistics details of my items (hoodies) and it says abnormal package, please contact forwarder. However, the latest tracking information says [overseas] cause flight delays aging delay, please be patient. Does this mean ‘abnormal’ in the sense that it may take a bit longer or that the package itself abnormal?
