Hello, Eric.

I just made an order from Taobao directly and will be shipped to forwarder’s warehouse.

One of the item is customized order and will be took extra time (seller said, about 10 days)

My question is if free storage time exceed could I be still possible to consolidate all my items? or after free storage time I won’t be able to consolidate?

Please answer me about this question if you know.
