Recently I ordered a finger nail manicure machine, 240V, 1.66Kgs, it took 11 days to deliver by AIR. (Seller based in Guangzhou) The International delivery order no. generated CNSGS0001234567, (China) EMS, meaning express, I had insurance (cheap), that means ‘registered article’. Clear SGP customs Mon. 16:30, only entered distribution center (guess where? SingPost) Tues. 23:55. Delivered sometime on Thurs, between 9:40 to 17.40. No messaging. I was not at home. It was then dropped into POPStation (locker by SingPost) Hougang Mall. It took me a good 4-5 hours of detective work to finally call SingPost. I managed to retrieve article before the Mall shutters 10pm.

From Guangzhou to SGP could be quite a few ports of call in between, maybe Ho Chi Minh and other ports. I estimate the sea part to be about 10 days to 2 weeks.
