Hi Eric
My shipment has arrived at the warehouse, but there seems to be a problem. On the top of the consolidated goods page, it says something along the lines of – the warehouse is relocating/re-organising and leading to delay, and there is not button to continue my shipment overseas. I’m a bit worried about my time for the item at the warehouse (7 days and ticking down!!). Any advice?

As it turns out, I need to contact my forwarder for 您的包裹因特货原因无法正常入库, but the only aliwangwang contact button I see is for the seller, very confused!
