Hi there,

I accidentally clicked the options “already received goods” in my items which should be shipped to cargo, and now I don’t see the button “pay for international shipping” anymore. What should I do now??? I’m so panic now that I almost cried!!! TT_TT Please help me. I contacted their customer service but seems like no one is on the line.

Phew, thanks god I still can ship it. However, is 合并转运 means consolidate shipping? I don’t see the option Pay for international fee but only this option. I still have to wait for 1 more order to get to warehouse though. Will I be able to see the red button 支付转运费 when all my order arrives?
I actually couldn’t wait for one of the items and click 集远 to ship by itself. And it still works. The shipper has messaged me and saying they will ship my order within 2 days. Is the price cheaper for consolidation orders?
