Thanks for reply. The IVR of number you posted is in Chinese totally. It repeats the IVR twice and then disconnects the call. How do I select English ?

I have bought from Taobao with my international debit card before. But from now I get a payment error on Alipay “抱歉，无法完成付款！您的个人信息无法通过支付宝安全验证，请确保填写准确。 (yw_1128) 您可能需要：选择其他方式付款。” (Sorry, we can not complete your payment! Your personal information can not be verified by Alipay security, be sure to complete and accurate. (Yw_1128) You may need to: choose another way of payment.) But I have 4 different cards now. All give same error. All the cards work normally on other sites. What is the issue? How can I contact Alipay for this?
