Thank you for the prompt reply!
Will it be better if I asked the seller to remove the battery? Is it only the battery that is the problem? (It’s a Lamp with LED)
If it does end up being held, may I know what can I do about it?
Thank you

Oh and if the items are all okay-ed by the Direct shipping (means there was nothing underneath the Submit order button, you mentioned there would be if Direct Shipping cannot send the items), means all of the items I bought will surely be delivered to me in Malaysia? They won’t like, check it and suddenly let me know they can’t send even though they didn’t stop me in the first place? Thank you.

Hi there, I just bought stuff from TaoBao. Like the many others here, it’s my first time. I’m using Direct International Shipping. Actually, I’m very curious how the direct shipping works. Is it TaoBao taking the role of the consolidating agent? Like, instead of the usual agents where we have to pay twice, they just simplified it into a one time payment, but the process is still the same? (Whereby the items are sent to supposedly TaoBao’s warehouse and then packed and sent to us?)
I bought a little Lamp which I’m informed contains a battery. Is it possible for TaoBao direct shipping to send it to me (Malaysia) ? If not, then what can I do? Ask for a refund? Sorry if the questions seem dumb, but I’m really unsure. Thank you for your time 🙂
