Now I’m just waiting to get my refund. :/
In the meantime, I’ve consolidated my other 3 items for international shipping. I want to extend the time of receipt but it keeps on saying “您可以在离超时结束还剩最后 3 天时，申请延长确认收货时间!” I still have 3 days left and I think it’ll take more than 3 days for the items to arrive.

I sent back an item because the item I received was the wrong size. They told me that I didn’t need to click the refund/exchange button on Taobao and that they will ship out the correct size. They shipped the item with the correct size on Nov. 23 by STO. I got the tracking number and on Nov. 24 I saw that they shipped it to another courier, Yuantong (YTO). There was no tracking number for Yuantong so I don’t know any whereabouts of the item. It is Dec. 20 and I have still not received the item. I tried contacting YTO for the tracking number, but I am directed to an automated voice
message that asks for the tracking number which I do not know. I’ve contacted the taobao store and they said they could not help.
I wish I could resolve this problem and celebrate Christmas in peace. 🙁

I’ve submitted the refund form. After I’ve submitted the refund form, the seller contacted me saying that they tried to contact me on my cell but I received no calls recently. They said that they will ship within 48 hours. I told them I’ve waited too long and want a refund. I hope the refund goes through. :/

I’ve entered the waybill number and it says “882363291484276044的走件流程的走件流程” and I guess where info is supposed to be displayed it says “无”.
If I do request a refund will I get a refund when they supposedly already “shipped” or should I contact the seller?
