This is my 3rd time ordering direct from Taobao. I always see this message before the items reach the warehouse, but I don’t know what it means:

正在为您派件 “loose fit area is for you to send pieces”

What does it mean exactly? It’s been like this since Friday morning, so it’s been 4 days since shipping. If the logistics doesn’t update after 5 days, should I contact the forwarder?

Hi Eric,

Did you notice that Taobao changed their website to redirect to “item.taobao.com” for everything? There is simply no way to get back to “world.taobao.com” to make orders for international.

I may have figured out how to make an order with the new Taobao, but it’s different since you select your official cargo at the payment settlement page now.

Hi again Eric,

Something strange happened now after my order was rejected by the warehouse. I can no longer choose CSCL from the drop down menu in the products page, but I can choose it when I click “buy now”.

Any reason why that would happen?

I successfully started a refund and got a return address from the seller. Now I am trying to fill out the return shipping address form, but it keeps saying “Submit Order Failed”. What am I doing wrong?

This is pretty much impossible unless you reside or are visiting China and have a Chinese passport. 🙁
Makes receiving refunds after-the-sale very difficult. I will never get my money back from the warehouse’s mistake.
