Hi, i’m from Singapore, and bought a model figurine for my brother from taobao. I selected consolidated shipping with my other items and the seller completed his obligation and send it to the warehouse. However, i had not heard from it since it arrived at the warehouse 4 days ago, last message on Sunday, saying “您拆单发货的包裹部分入库，请耐心等待后续包裹” and on the top of the page says “There was a problem with your package. Click here to contact Forwarder.”
What do i do？ Do i wait? Contact the forwarder? What should i even say? I don’t know whats going on! Please help…
