Hi Eric, need your help. I have tracked my items & it stated “16-May-2016 Mon. 17:48:10 [overseas] parcel receipt by the Customer”

But the problem is, i have never received anything. What should i do? How can i contact the courier company? I paid via Taobao Global Direct Shipping.

Please advice. Thanks in advance!
