Hi Eric,

I just ordered from taobao. I paid already and it says that it requires 24 hours for confirmation. On my taobao, it still says that it requires buyers payment. When I checked my alipay, it says “payment confirmation”. I dont know if it means that i am required to confirm or to wait 24 hours for the confirmation. I tried to confirm through the immediate certification but it was unsuccessful saying that my card does not support the service despite it being a mastercard and that i need ID number. Also tried to recharge on alipay as you instructed but it requires the same confirmation. However, I just checked my bank online and the amount has been paid to taobao.
please advice on what I should do.
