I’m a little confused about a shops sizing. I am looking for a outfit for my doll. This is the Chinese version: 大小描述

What I can’t figure out is if this is two different sizes or one size and a description. The translation into english is not very helpful. Can you explain more about what this sizing really is? This what the translation into english says: 16 Women approximate size (spot) and: Other 3 min / big girl made (pre-sale)
