Hi Eric, I am from Australia and used consolidated shipping. Most of my orders have arrived at the warehouse except for one which was marked as shipped by the seller a whole week ago. When I tried to track the shipment, it said that the information is unavailable, and the shipping method is No Logistics (using Google Trans). Can you please help me out? Thank you.
