I would love your help. I ordered a pair of sneakers. They are sitting at the warehouse under ” abnormal” storage. The Status right now reads ” Sorry, your package for containing imitation licensing reasons beyond normal storage, dashing contact with a good set of goods and Suppliers”.

I have contacted the seller but he is not willing to help nor issue a refund. I also contacted the courier and they cant help either. What are my options please?
