I’m from the US and I used the forwarder Zhongshan courier. My order contained a contraband item and was not accepted by the forwarder. I’ve contacted the seller and was told to contact the forwarder. The forwarder tells me I need to ship the items back to the seller but I can’t since the items are not in normal storage. Only items in normal storage have the tab to click and return to seller option. I do not speak Chinese and am unable to call the forwarder with the number u posted above. Any help is much appreciated.

I made an order containing an item (solvent glue) that is a contraband that was received by the consignment warehouse. It was not accepted. I contacted the store I purchased from and they don’t know where the package is located to have it sent back to them. How do I find where my package is and how to get it sent to me?
