Right now I’m having a problem with an order and I don’t know how to fix it.

One of my orders got hung up with this message in the ‘logistics:’
> Sorry, your package because of lack of material reasons can not be normal storage, dashing and Zhongshan, Guangdong courier …

I then tried to issue a refund. I probably did this wrong because the seller refused it. They said I need to send it back first – which I can’t because it’s at Taobao’s warehouse. So I cancel the refund and somehow found a button to confirm the weight of it manually? I think? It let me pay for the shipping and everything but the same error message remains. It’s not getting shipped to the USA.

Any ideas?
