Hi Eric, I am in a situation with Taobao’s Official Forwarder, they took credit card payments and Alipay offline for most countries (Im from Singapore) .
Ive tried to check out with my Alipay app, Singapore credit and debit cards , but they were all rejected.
And now I have many orders stuck in the Taobao’s warehouse.
I regret for not using an agent.
What can I do? I am unable to speak or write Chinese.
