Hi, I am trying to send a payment but every time I try, it fails and there’s a message saying Alipay interrupted my transaction because they need to verify my identity. It also says that my payment is not supported. (I have already completely the passport and face verification to my knowledge.) Then it brings me to a page where it asks for a picture of my international bank card which I assume is the card I have on file. I submit a picture but I keep getting a message saying the server is busy.
