I have tried both ways (passport chip, verify face). Both scan are successfully but when comes to the last step: confirm and submit, a pop up msg says that “pls upload passport linked to your account”. I don’t understand why. And I do suspect that I used to upload my old passport, maybe that’s why the system still have the old record and keeps denied my identity. Is there any solution? Pls help I’ve been trying to do this for months 🙁
