Hi Eric, Thanks for the detailed write up. i had made 2 purchases so far on 1688. However, after the first transaction, i am unable to check out for the next purchase. The message being 买家被处罚,不允许购买货品。I had called the customer service and they are unable to advise what “crime” i had committed. They indicated that my account will be reinstated after 1 week. And true to their word, i was able to check out for the 2nd transaction. Now i am trying to check out again for th third transaction, and realised that my account has been locked again. Does this happen to new accounts?
